The Here And Now Of „Our“ World

There has never been a true and real democracy, they all are and were deceitful. Thus the actual terrifically fast but nearly soundlessly happening disintegration of the so-called democracies can be explained.

They fall victim to their own incompetence, but in no way being clearly aware of these processes. Similar dust was in concern at that time when the establishing of the actual semi-democracies took place which, at the end, has been a dictation act of the military victor powers performing themselves as democrats but – in the sense of the word – have never been ones and have not become ones to this very day.

Of course, not even a bogus morality can prevail on self-deception and mendacity. And this is the Here And Now of “0ur” world as it has always been alike in learning inability and in spitefulness of even academic heads and of nerds anyway. There is no recipe against. Cosmonomic approaches could indicate perspectives at least, but the question arises: Are new perspectives wanted at all? Or is their necessity denied even?    

Mankind has been waiting for enlightenment since centuries whereas it doesn't count neither the epochs of devastation, the localities nor the sacrifices, it is counting instead consistently on Gods, on their proconsuls, on their (medial) propagandists, on their exploiters and torturers. The Interim Human, as only a precursor of a developed humanity, is getting permanently lost in warmongering, arming and slaughtering each other using hypocritical arguments of excessive stupidity sounded in blatant lack of education, in lack of empathy and social awareness, in lack of objective cosmopolitan humanity.

Dawn of a new way? – No land in sight!

End of the world? – All kinds of ideologies and religions are “praying” for it, I don't “pray”, as a Cosmonomer, but I am looking for causal knowledge and do declare all “world saviors” mad. The world is much more than the Interim Human only.

Aici şi acum în Lumea „noastră”

Nu a existat niciodată o democraţie reală, toate sistemele democratice sunt şi au fost dezamăgitoare. Prin urmare teribil de rapida şi aproape imperceptibila dezintegrare actuală a aşa-numitei democraţii se poate explica.

Ea a căzut pradă propriei incompetenţe, dar nefiind în nici un fel preocupată de ceea ce se petrece. O nebuloasă similară a fost în această privinţă şi pe timpul când s-au stabilit actualele semi-democraţii, care, în realitate au reprezentat un act de dictatură al puterilor învingătoare jucând rolul de democraţii dar care – în adevăratul sens al cuvântului – nu au fost şi nu au devenit nici până în ziua de azi ceea ce au pretins că sunt.

 Desigur, nici măcar o falsă moralitate nu poate prevala asupra autoînşelării şi a minciunii. Şi acesta este acel Aici şi Acum al lumii „noastre”, aşa cum a fost întotdeauna, în incapacitatea de a învăţa şi în răutatea manifestată chiar şi de către şefii academici, pentru a nu mai vorbi de simplii tocilari. Nu există o reţetă prin care să se poată preveni fenomenul. Abordările cosmonomice ar putea indica unele perspective cel puţin, dar se pune întrebarea: sunt oare noile perspective dorite în definitiv? Ori se neagă chiar şi necesitatea lor?

Umanitatatea aşteaptă clarificarea de secole, fără să ia în consideraţie nici epocile distructiv-regresive, nici locurile şi nici sacrificiile, dar contează în schimb pe zei, pe proconsulii săi, pe propagandiştii săi mediatici, pe exploatatorii şi pe torţionarii săi. Omul interimar, ca precursor al umanităţii evoluate, se pierde în hăţişul războaielor, în măcelărirea reciprocă, folosind în mod ipocrit argumente de o prostie crasă, care indică o flagrantă lipsă de educaţie, de empatie şi de conştiinţă socială, în lipsa unei umanităţi de tip cosmonomic.

Zorii unei lumi noi? Nici un pământ în zare!

Sfârşitul lumii? Tot felul de ideologii şi de religii se roagă pentru asta, eu nu mă rog, în calitate de persoană cosmonomică, dar caut să aflu cauzele şi îi declar pe toţi „salvatorii” lumii nebuni de legat. Lumea este cu mult mai mult decât Omul Interimar.

Raymond Walden (1945, Jena, Germania). Scriitor, poet şi filosof cosmonomic. În 2005 a publicat cartea Sentinţe despre libertate – Manifestul cosmonomic, iar în 2008, Credinţe umaniste.  Potrivit lui Raymond Walden, noi nu trăim “în cea mai bună dintre lumile posibile”. Spiritul său analitic şi critic nu este confortabil, dar reprezintă o abordare necesară din punctul de vedere al raţiunii. For Raymond Walden we are not living in „the best possible world“. His analytical and critical spirit is not comfortable for some postmodernist or decadent mentality, but it is a necessary approach on behalf of human reason. Une belle Cérémonie pour la Manifestation littéraire 

et Artistique interculturelle de Dijon

 

La Manifestation de Dijon, organisée par Noëlle Arnoult, fut célébrée en grand pompe le Samedi 25  juin 2022, en un emplacement mémorable, soit celui où le très célèbre et aimé Jean-Jacques Rousseau effectua son Discours de l’Académie. D’où le nom de cette fameuse grande et noble Salle qui accueillit nos invités: « La Salle de l’Académie et des Belles Lettres », sise rue de l’École de Droit à Dijon. Tout à côté de la Grande et fastueuse Bibliothèque du Patrimoine où tous nos invités furent d’ailleurs conviés à aller admirer d’ancestrales Œuvres et livres de différentes écrivains français et étrangers. Tous en furent ravis.

Sur place, tout l’après-midi, tous nos collaborateurs honorés purent s’exprimer librement et durablement, sur leurs écrits, leurs procédés d’écriture, lirent de nombreux poèmes (Kees Van Mel, venu des Pays-Bas pour la deuxième fois, car admirant Dijon et son Ambassadrice, Noëlle Arnoult qui traduit la plupart de ses poèmes en français , présenter son dernier recueil de poésies « érotiques »; Jacqueline Gouverne, Gil de Bert, Noëlle Arnoult elle-même, pour son dernier ouvrage poétique, «  Des toits parisiens aux vallons bourguignons »), extraits de romans, montrer leurs Peintures (Gérard Dominé, Peintre); des extraits de romans (Jean-Claude Sartelet, pour ses écrits policiers, Jean-Claude Jayet, pour ses romans fantastiques et très imaginatifs, futuristes, pour sa grande Saga, « L’Odyssée des Frères Hooneker  dont il nous développa les aspects, et son processus d’écriture. Lui qui avait bénéficié d’un Encart spécial à ce sujet au sein de HLC 3  de 2022)

Liste non-exhaustive! ...

Gil de Bert et Noëlle Arnoult lirent chacun un Essai écrit pour l’occasion sur la Thématique de la poésie et de son essence; Jean-Claude Sartelet discourut aussi abondamment sur les aventures policières et confrontations à cette réalité souvent difficile, l’ayant conduit à l’écriture salvatrice de ses romans…

Durant l’intermède du midi, un repas très sympathique et délicieux, fut proposé en un restaurant japonais voisin, faisant face à la magnifique Cathédrale de Dijon, et on y fêta même l’anniversaire de Kees Van Mel, pour le remercier de son long voyage, notre Ambassadrice française lui ayant préparé quelques surprises pour son anniversaire (présentation des plats particulière et bougies étincelantes sur les différents plats.)

Celui-ci en fut enchanté… Mais tous se déclarèrent ravis de cette Cérémonie littéraire au cours de laquelle trois Prix furent discernés (A Jean-Claude Sartelet, pour la partie « roman » ; à Gérard Dominé, pour le secteurs Arts picturaux et enfin à Frédéric Fort, pour sa fidélité à nos œuvres, depuis Janvier 2017 et la fraîcheur de ses poèmes). Ces Diplômes bien que remis sur place, furent aussi photographiés par les intéressés en dehors de ce cadre, car sur place, le public ne songea pas toujours à immortaliser ces instants,  dont nous vous livrons ici quelques photos souvenir.

 

A nice ceremony

 The Dijon Manifestation, organized by Noëlle Arnoult, was celebrated with great fanfare on Saturday June 25, 2022, in a memorable location, the one where the very famous and beloved Jean-Jacques Rousseau gave his Speech from the Academy. Hence the name of this famous large and noble Hall which welcomed our guests: "La Salle de l'Académie et des Belles Lettres", located rue de l'École de Droit in Dijon. Right next to the Great and sumptuous Heritage Library where all our guests were invited to go and admire ancestral works and books by various French and foreign writers. Everyone was delighted.

On site, all afternoon, all our honored collaborators were able to express themselves freely and sustainably, on their writings, their writing processes, read many poems (Kees Van Mel, who came from the Netherlands for the second time, because admiring Dijon and its Ambassador, Noëlle Arnoult who translates most of her poems into French, present her latest collection of "erotic" poetry; Jacqueline Gouverne, Gil de Bert, Noëlle Arnoult herself, for her latest poetic work, " From Parisian roofs to Burgundian valleys"), extracts from novels, show their Paintings (Gérard Dominé, Painter); excerpts from novels (Jean-Claude Sartelet, for his detective writings, Jean-Claude Jayet, for his fantastic and very imaginative, futuristic novels, for his great Saga, "L'Odyssée des Frères Hooneker", the aspects of which he developed for us, and his writing process. He who had benefited from a special Insert on this subject within HLC 3 of 2022)

Gil de Bert and Noëlle Arnoult each read an essay written for the occasion on the theme of poetry and its essence; Jean-Claude Sartelet also spoke extensively about police adventures and confrontations with this often difficult reality, having led him to the saving writing of his novels...

During the midday interlude, a very nice and delicious meal was offered in a nearby Japanese restaurant, facing the magnificent Dijon Cathedral, and we even celebrated Kees Van Mel's birthday there, to thank him for his long trip, our French Ambassador having prepared some surprises for her for her birthday (special presentation of dishes and sparkling candles on the different dishes.)

This one was enchanted... But all declared themselves delighted with this Literary Ceremony during which three Prizes were discerned (To Jean-Claude Sartelet, for the "novel" part; to Gérard Dominé, for the Pictorial Arts sector and finally to Frédéric Fort, for his loyalty to our works, since January 2017 and the freshness of his poems). These Diplomas, although delivered on site, were also photographed by those concerned outside this framework, because on site, the public did not always think of immortalizing these moments, of which we are providing you with some souvenir photos here.

Mirada retrospectiva a principios de año

     Aunque no haya sido un año sencillo para las actividades culturales, artísticas y literarias, a causa de la crisis desatada en el 2020 por el así nombrado Gran Reinicio de Davos y por la extraña pandemia de gripe covidiana, que ha bloqueado la vida normal de la sociedad, 2021 ha marcado en la evolución de la revista “Horizonte literario contemporáneo” una etapa importante desde múltiples puntos de vista.

     En primer lugar, observamos con satisfacción la presencia constante en las páginas de la revista de unos antiguos y buenos colaboradores de Rumanía y del exterior: Radu Igna, Gheorghe Glodeanu, Kees van Meel (Holanda), Raymond Walden (Alemania), Neil Leadbeater (Reino Unido), Ettore Fobo (Italia), Donald Riggs, Mike White, John Tischer (Estados Unidos), Francisco da Cunha (Brasil), Tomislav Marijan Bilosnic (Croacia), Andrés Morales (Chile – España).

     Al mismo tiempo, registramos la partida de unos colaboradores más antiguos, como Douglas Lipton, Morelle Smith (Reino Unido). Notamos también el alejamiento de Monica Manolachi y Roxana Doncu, dos presencias duraderas en nuestra redacción entre 2013 y 2020, a las que la crisis provocada por el Gran Reinicio de Klaus Schwab las colocó al lado de la política oficial del estado en materia de libertades y derechos civiles. Nosotros no hicimos y no hacemos lobby para los vacunadores a la fuerza y menos a favor de una sociedad tecnócrata y totalitaria, en la que el ser humano se vuelve un instrumento que ejecuta, dócilmente y sin pensar, lo que pretenden los patrones. 

     Un colaborador especial de nuestra revista, desde el 2020 hasta principios de este año, ha sido el profesor y el especialista en derecho constitucional Ioan Stanomir, que ha expresado reservas sobre los estados de alerta condenados por la justicia. Él se ha separado de nosotros y nosotros nos hemos separado de él por culpa de nuestra actitud diferente en cuanto al recién estallado conflicto militar entre Ucrania y Rusia. Nosotros no apoyamos a ninguna de las partes combatientes, su señoría piensa que Rumanía debe apoyar al régimen de Zelensky en la confrontación con el régimen putinista. Lo sentimos, pero nosotros creemos que este es un error fundamental en la política exterior de Rumanía. El régimen de Zelensky es corrupto, abusivo y atropella los derechos y las libertades civiles. 

     La redacción francófona ha continuado su actividad, bajo la coordinación de la poeta Noëlle Arnoult, de manera sostenida y notable. Una manifestación oficial de la revista en Dijon no ha sido posible el año pasado, a causa de las absurdas restricciones impuestas por el régimen del presidente Macron, en cambio los colaboradores de esta redacción han sido muy activos a través de creaciones diversas y valiosas (prosa, poesía, ensayos). Una parte de ellos están presentes en las páginas de nuestra revista aún desde el año 2017: Jacqueline Beckman, Marie Cholette, Gilles St-Onge, Pascal Dague, Frédéric Fort, E.A.C. Lenoble, Catherine Mirande. Otros se han adherido al equipo francés más recientemente, como: Serge Lapisse, Florie La Plume, Gilles Rongier etc. Aunque HLC no es una revista de política activa, sus páginas también han albergado algunos artículos de Florian Philippot, el líder del movimiento “Los Patriotas”, que promueve los derechos y las libertades civiles. Noëlle Arnoult tiene méritos especiales tanto en calidad de animadora de la redacción francófona, como a través de sus colaboraciones constantes con creaciones poéticas y con artículos críticos hacia los desvíos de la democracia, en la Francia del presidente Macron. 

     Un nuevo y relevante componente de la revista lo ha constituido en el 2021 la redacción hispana. Coordinada de manera competente y eficaz por Monica Dragomirescu, este nuevo departamento cultural ha beneficiado y sigue beneficiando de colaboraciones destacadas, en prosa y en versos, por parte de unos autores españoles como: Vicente Barberá Albalat, Irina Cristina Creţu (autora rumana radicada en España), Mila de Juanes, Rosario Miloro Costas, Francisco Sánchez, Ana Muela Sopeña y, por supuesto, Andrés Morales Milohnic, un muy antiguo colaborador de Santiago de Chile, recientemente establecido en Madrid. De Latinoamérica apreciamos las colaboraciones de los autores: Ana Bazán, Alicia Danesino, Daniel Frini (Argentina), María Alejandra Vidal Bracho, Lila Calderón, Mónica Gómez, Verónica Grunewald, Yasmín Navarrete, Patricio Henríquez Lorca (Chile) etc. Una mención especial para las traducciones desde y en español realizadas por la coordinadora de la redacción hispana, Monica Dragomirescu.

     Estrenamos el año 2022 con la certeza de que este año significará un periodo de regreso a la democracia y a la libertad de expresión de nuestra sociedad y esperamos que la revista “Horizonte literario contemporáneo” pueda seguir albergando y promoviendo creaciones valiosas de todos los géneros literarios y autores de todos los continentes.

Retrospective au début de l'année

     Bien que l'année n'ait pas été facile en termes d'activités culturelles, artistiques et littéraires, en raison de la crise déclenchée en 2020 par le soi-disant Great Reset à Davos et l'étrange pandémie de grippe covidienne, qui a bloqué la vie normale de la société, 2021 a marqué, dans l'évolution de la revue "Horizon Littéraire Contemporain" une étape importante à de multiples points de vue.

     Tout d'abord, nous notons avec satisfaction la présence constante dans les pages du magazine de quelques anciens bons collaborateurs de Roumanie et de l'étranger : Radu Igna, Gheorghe Glodeanu, Kees van Meel (Pays-Bas), Raymond Walden (Allemagne), Neil Leadbeater (Grand Grande-Bretagne), Ettore Fobo Italie), Donald Riggs, Mike White, John Tischer (USA), Francisco da Cunha (Brésil), Tomislav Marijan Bilosnic (Croatie), Andrés Morales (Chili - Espagne).

     Dans le même temps, on note le départ de collaborateurs plus anciens, comme Douglas Lipton, Morelle Smith (UK). On note également la séparation d'avec Monica Manolachi et Roxana Doncu, deux membres de longue date de notre rédaction entre 2013 et 2020, que la crise provoquée par le Grand Reset de Klaus Schwab a mis en conformité avec la politique officielle de l'État en matière de libertés civiles et droits. Nous n'avons pas fait et ne faisons pas pression sur les vaccinateurs par la force et encore moins en faveur d'une société technocratique et totalitaire, dans laquelle l'homme devient un outil qui exécute docilement et sans réfléchir ce que veulent ses maîtres.

     Un contributeur spécial à notre magazine, de 2020 au début de cette année, était le professeur et spécialiste en droit constitutionnel Ioan Stanomir, qui a émis des réserves sur les états d'alerte condamnés par les tribunaux. Il s'est séparé de nous et nous nous sommes séparés de lui en raison de nos positions différentes sur le récent conflit militaire entre l'Ukraine et la Russie. Nous ne soutenons aucune des parties belligérantes, il estime que la Roumanie devrait soutenir le régime Zelensky face au régime poutiniste. Nous le pensions, mais nous avons réfléchi qu'il s'agit d'une erreur fondamentale de la politique étrangère de la Roumanie. Le régime de Zelensky est corrompu, abusif et viole les droits et libertés des citoyens.

     La rédaction francophone a poursuivi, sous la coordination de la poétesse Noëlle Arnoult, une activité soutenue et remarquable. Une démonstration officielle à Dijon du magazine n'a pas été possible l'an dernier, en raison des restrictions absurdes imposées par le régime du président Macron - Ces Manifestations interculturelles organisées par Noëlle Arnoult à Dijon, en France, devraient pouvoir reprendre cette année. Cependant, au contraire, ses collaborateurs ont été très actifs à travers des créations diverses et précieuses (prose, poésie, essais). Certains d'entre eux sont dans les pages de notre magazine depuis 2017 : Jacqueline Beckman, Marie Cholette, Gilles St-Onge, Pascal Dague, Frédéric Fort, E.A.C. Lenoble, Jean-Claude Sartelet, Francisco Da Cunha. D'autres ont rejoint l'équipe française plus récemment, comme : Serge Lapisse, Gilles Rongier, Julien Miavril, Jean-Claude Jayet, etc. Bien que l'OLC ne soit pas un magazine politique actif, ses pages ont également présenté plusieurs articles de Florian Philippot, le leader du mouvement des Patriotes, qui promeut les droits et libertés civiques. Noëlle Arnoult s'est distinguée à la fois comme animatrice de la rédaction francophone et pour ses collaborations constantes à des créations poétiques et des articles d'attitude critique face aux dérives démocratiques en France du président Macron.

     Un élément nouveau et pertinent dans le contenu du magazine en 2021 a été la rédaction espagnole. Coordonnée avec compétence et efficacité par Monica Dragomirescu, cette nouvelle section culturelle a bénéficié et continue de bénéficier de remarquables collaborations en prose et en vers d'auteurs espagnols tels que : Vicente Barberá Albalat, Irina Cristina Cretu (auteure roumaine basée en Espagne), Mila de Juanes, Miloro Costas, Francisco Sánchez, Ana Muela Sopeña et, bien sûr, Andrés Morales Milohnic, un très ancien collaborateur de Santiago du Chili, récemment installé à Madrid. D'Amérique latine, nous apprécions les collaborations des auteurs : Ana Bazán, Alicia Danesino, Daniel Frini (Argentine), Maria Alejandra Vidal Bracho, Lila Calderón, Mónica Gómez, Verónica Grunewald, Yasmín Navarrete, Patricio Henríquez Lorca (Chili) etc. Une mention spéciale pour les traductions de l'espagnol vers l'espagnol par la coordinatrice de la rédaction hispanique, Monica Dragomirescu.

     Nous inaugurons 2022 avec la certitude que cette année signifiera une période de retour à la démocratie et à la liberté d'expression de notre société et nous espérons que le magazine "Horizon Littéraire Contemporain" pourra continuer à accueillir et à promouvoir des créations de valeur dans tous les genres littéraires et des auteurs de tous les continents. 

Looking back at the beginning of the year

     Although it has not been an easy year for cultural, artistic and literary activities, due to the crisis unleashed in 2020 by the so-called Great Davos Restart and by the strange covid flu pandemic, which has blocked the normal life of the society, 2021 has marked an important stage in the evolution of the magazine "Contemporary Literary Horizon" from multiple points of view. 

     First of all, we note with satisfaction the constant presence on the pages of the magazine of some good old contributors from Romania and abroad: Radu Igna, Gheorghe Glodeanu, Kees van Meel (Netherlands), Raymond Walden (Germany), Neil Leadbeater ( United Kingdom), Ettore Fobo (Italy), Donald Riggs, Mike White, John Tischer (United States), Francisco da Cunha (Brazil), Tomislav Marijan Bilosnic (Croatia), Andrés Morales (Chile – Spain).

     At the same time, we recorded the departure of some older collaborators, such as Douglas Lipton, Morelle Smith (UK). We also note the departure of Monica Manolachi and Roxana Doncu, two lasting presences in our newsroom between 2013 and 2020, whom the crisis caused by the Great Reboot of Klaus Schwab placed them next to the official state policy in terms of freedoms and civil rights. We did not and do not lobby for the vaccinators by force and less in favor of a technocratic and totalitarian society, in which the human being becomes an instrument that executes, meekly and without thinking, what the bosses want. 

     A special contributor to our magazine, from 2020 to the beginning of this year, has been the professor and specialist in constitutional law Ioan Stanomir, who has expressed reservations about the states of alert condemned by justice. He has parted from us and we have parted from him because of our different attitude towards the recently erupted military conflict between Ukraine and Russia. We do not support any of the warring parties, his honor thinks that Romania should support the Zelensky regime in the confrontation with the Putin regime. We are sorry, but we believe that this is a fundamental mistake in Romania's foreign policy. The Zelensky regime is corrupt, abusive and tramples on civil rights and liberties.

     The French-speaking newsroom has continued its activity, under the coordination of the poet Noëlle Arnoult, in a sustained and notable manner. An official demonstration of the magazine in Dijon has not been possible last year, due to the absurd restrictions imposed by President Macron's regime, instead the collaborators of this newsroom have been very active through diverse and valuable creations (prose , poetry, essays). Some of them have been present on the pages of our magazine since 2017: Jacqueline Beckman, Marie Cholette, Gilles St-Onge, Pascal Dague, Frédéric Fort, E.A.C. Lenoble, Catherine Mirande. Others have joined the French team more recently, such as: Serge Lapisse, Florie La Plume, Gilles Rongier etc. Although HLC is not an active political magazine, its pages have also hosted some articles by Florian Philippot, the leader of the "The Patriots" movement, which promotes civil rights and liberties. Noëlle Arnoult has special merits both as an animator of the Francophone newsroom, and through her constant collaborations with poetic creations and articles critical of the deviations of democracy in President Macron's France.

     A new and relevant component of the magazine has been constituted in 2021 by the Hispanic newsroom. Coordinated competently and efficiently by Monica Dragomirescu, this new cultural department has benefited and continues to benefit from outstanding collaborations, in prose and verse, by Spanish authors such as: Vicente Barberá Albalat, Irina Cristina Creţu (Romanian author based in Spain ), Mila de Juanes, Rosario Miloro Costas, Francisco Sánchez, Ana Muela Sopeña and, of course, Andrés Morales Milohnic, a very old collaborator from Santiago de Chile, recently established in Madrid. From Latin America we appreciate the collaborations of the authors: Ana Bazán, Alicia Danesino, Daniel Frini (Argentina), María Alejandra Vidal Bracho, Lila Calderón, Mónica Gómez, Verónica Grunewald, Yasmín Navarrete, Patricio Henríquez Lorca (Chile) etc. A special mention for the translations from and into Spanish made by the coordinator of the Spanish newsroom, Monica Dragomirescu. 

     We start the year 2022 with the certainty that this year will mean a period of return to democracy and freedom of expression in our society and we hope that the magazine "Contemporary Literary Horizon" can continue to host and promote valuable creations of all literary genres and authors from all continents.
